When EMF Broadcasting recently established its new station, KLRV in Billings the staff had only a few months before its FCC construction permit expired. Fortunately, EMF had acquired space in a building and on a 400-foot tower, but the all the electronic components had to be specified, ordered, shipped, assembled and on-site to a meet a seemingly impossible deadline.
